Where calm meets community
Yoga Styles We Teach
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscles.
Kundalini Yoga is a wonderful practice for youngsters. We run classes for families that allow an adult to bring along their children aged 8 and upwards. The classes are fun, but always with a focus, so that families can enjoy this practice together.
Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle yoga practice for mums to be in the second and third trimesters. Using a combination of movement, breathwork and meditation to relax, ease discomfort, bond with baby and prepare for birth.
The office can be a stressful environment, with most of us sitting at a desk for long periods of time in front of a PC. Yoga Links can bring a yoga class to your office - all you need is a meeting room to be available for one hour during lunch time.
Once baby has arrived, we can start focusing on Postnatal recovery, again using gentle movement and breathwork. Whether you have had a natural birth or a c-section you will be taken care of in a supportive environment.
Kundalini Yoga incorporates physical exercises, breath work, mantras and meditation to strengthen the nervous system and promote hormonal balance so that we can withstand the stress of daily life.
