Pregnancy Yoga

 

Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle yoga practice for mums to be in the second and third trimesters. Using a combination of movement, breathwork and meditation to relax, ease discomfort, bond with baby and prepare for birth.

Classes are available in 4 week block bookings for £40 or drop in for £12. From 35 weeks onwards you are welcome to drop in and pay £10 per class rather than making a four week commitment to allow for any early arrivals!
