Super Full Moon Cacao Ceremony at Calm on Canning Street, a beautiful Edinburgh Studio 5.30-8pm with Emma Stout, Sound Healer and Musician

Join Emma @emmajaguarhealing and I for our next full moon cacao ceremony on Sunday 10th July 5.30-8pm at beautiful @calmoncanningstreet. It will be in the lead up to July's super full moon in Cancer, and our theme will be "Trusting that we are Held in Love". Self worth, self love and heart centred compassion.

We will be infusing the cacao with Hawthorn. These plants work beautifully together to bring deep healing and harmony within the heart. They support in the healing of grief and heartbreak, allowing us to trust in our hearts again, as we connect to the love and wisdom that lies within.

We will begin by singing deeply healing songs with live music and sound vibrations. Our kundalini yoga practice will be for the heart center, and we will finish with a space to reflect and deeply relax as we go on a Shamanic sound journey with Emma.
