These Pregnancy Yoga classes for trimesters 2 and 3 provide a calm, friendly and safe environment for you to connect to your body, your baby and your breath throughout pregnancy.

Gentle yet challenging stretching and strengthening exercises are combined with breath work, meditation and relaxation techniques to prepare your body and mind for childbirth and early motherhood. A great way to meet other pregnant women and share the experience of pregnancy with other local mums to be.

Since this class runs fortnightly, if baby arrives before your class pass has finished, Jenny will hold your pass and convert the classes into postpartum yoga with baby classes for when you and baby are ready to join us!

Classes are available Fortnightly, Wednesday 7-8pm at Linlithgow Community Hub (old library)
