Postpartum Yoga with Baby

Once baby has arrived and you have been given the all clear by your healthcare giver to return to exercise, we can start focusing on Postpartum recovery using gentle movement, breath work, and nervous system nourishing practices. Whether you have had a vaginal birth or a c-section you will be taken care of in a supportive environment.

We also invite a few moments of rest at the end of class, so you hopefully leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Jenny brings sound journey instruments to play to the babies during mum’s moment to herself, to provide a little bit of soothing and entertainment. Saying that, babies can be unpredictable so we do what we can. If you have a shouty baby that’s ok, all babies welcome!

These sessions are for your postpartum recovery, in an environment where your baby is welcome and can interact with other babies, and where you can meet other mums.

Five week block bookings only (can be used over a 6 week period so you have one grace week), but please get in touch if you would like to drop in and try out the class before committing to a block
