I’m Jenny, I am teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Pregnancy and Postpartum Yoga, and a certified Innate Traditions Postpartum Care Doula.

My journey into the world of wellness and holistic care began in 2012 whilst living in Brazil. Suffering from various physical and mental effects of a near fatal car accident, I went along to a Kundalini Yoga class in the hope that it would help in my recovery. What I found was a comprehensive physical and spiritual practice that has seen me through various challenging times in my life.

Following on from the birth of my daughter in 2017, I trained with Sally Parkes in Pregnancy, and Postpartum yoga. Having my own experience in this country as a new mum, and working with so many women in the perinatal stage of life, I come face to face daily with the stark reality that we do not know as a collective, how to care for women during this time of their lives. I trained with Rachelle Garcia Seliga in Innate Tradition’s Postpartum Care, and I now work as a postpartum Doula, so that I can offer the care to women that I felt was lacking after giving birth. I help women feel held, seen, supported and nurtured after they give birth so that they can bond with their baby with a felt sense of safety. And so that they can feel witnessed in their transition into motherhood.

I am passionate about working with women during all stages and cycles of their lives, assisting in their deepening sense of innate wisdom. I run events and retreat for women, I work with cacao, food, nature, herbs, singing and COMMUNITY as medicine.

I work mainly in Edinburgh and West Lothian, Scotland, but get in touch if you are out with this area and you would like to work with me
