We work with cacao, herbs, singing, drumming, nature walks (in the absolutely stunning Puck’s Glen), wild swimming, kundalini yoga and wisdom for women, meditation, breathwork, gong bath, and numerology to lead your through an immersive weekend that will leave you feeling connected to the power of your nature as a woman, wherever you are in the cycles of life.
