Kundalini Yoga, Cacao, Sacred Mantra and Community

Join me for this event to honour the beginning of spring at Stockbridge venue LifeCare, where we will work with the heart opening and grounding medicine of cacao, powerful kundalini yoga, sacred mantra, deep rest, sound healing and community connection.

We begin by diving deep into powerful kundalini yoga practices, breathwork and meditations. I will serve ceremonial cacao and offer space for reflection. There will be space for deep rest and a sound bath using drum, crystal bowls, chimes and voice. We finish up with uplifting devotional chanting of traditional mantras.

There will be space at the end to share snacks, chat, and connect with others.

Jenny is a kundalini yoga teacher and postpartum doula, who has a passion for bringing healing modalities to her community through these offerings.
