Lydia will open with the indigenous plant medicine of Sananga eye drops, to open the third eye, clear and release heavy energies weighing on the mind.

She will sing medicine chants and prayers to amplify the journey inward.

Jenny will guide a series of kundalini yoga practices, breathwork, and mantra meditations that harness the energy of this full moon to create calm and clarity. This will be followed by deep relaxation and sound.

We will end our practice with a cacao sharing and integration.

There will be an opportunity to receive Rapèh, however this is an add on optional for people that have previously worked with this medicine before, or if someone feels deeply called to receive and that it will benefit them in their intention for the day.
