What is Pregnancy Yoga?

Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle yoga practice for mums to be in the second and third trimesters.

Using a combination of movement, breath work and meditation to relax, ease discomfort, bond with baby and prepare for birth.

Classes are available in 8 week block bookings at The Yoga Room on Forth Street every Thursday 3.40-4.55pm for £106 (can be used over the course of 9 weeks). From 35 weeks onwards you are welcome to drop in and pay £13.50 per class rather than making a commitment to allow for any early arrivals!
