What is Postnatal, Mother & Baby Yoga?

Once baby has arrived and you have been given the all clear by your GP to return to exercise, we can start focusing on Postnatal recovery, again using gentle movement and breath work. Whether you have had a natural birth or a c-section you will be taken care of in a supportive environment. This class will also incorporate healing meditations so you leave feeling like you have had some all important “me-time”. 

Unable to leave baby to come to class? Come along to our Mum and Baby sessions. We will involve baby in our movements and meditations, whilst focusing mainly on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation for new mums, and of course targeting lower back pain caused by labour and carrying around your new bundle.

Classes are available at The Yoga Room on Forth Street every Thursday 2.30-3.20pm in blocks of 6 for £75. These can be used over the course of 8 weeks.
