What is Office Yoga?
The office can be a stressful environment, with most of us sitting at a desk for long periods of time in front of a PC. Yoga Links can bring a yoga class to your office - all you need is a meeting room to be available for one hour during lunch time.
How it works:
1 hour class for up to 15 attendees.
30 minutes of physical yoga to stretch and strengthen (gentle enough that employees won’t need to shower after)
30 minutes of meditation involving breathing techniques that will alleviate stress
The class can be attended for the full hour, or the for the first or second half only. Option for employees to sit on a chair if unable to sit on the floor.
Price: £70 (all equipment provided) £50 if the office can supply yoga mats.
