Learning to Meditate
Find a quiet space in your home where you won’t be disturbed and wear something comfortable. If you are able to sit on the floor, grab a cushion to sit on, if not a chair is perfect. Begin by closing the eyes, and gently bringing the closed eyes up to focus on the space between the eyebrows. Click on the link below and follow the instructions
